Tooth Colored Fillings
Dental fillings are a restorative material used to restore the function and integrity of a missing tooth structure. The structural loss typically results from cavities or external trauma. It is also lost intentionally during tooth preparation to improve the aesthetics or the physical integrity of the intended restorative material.
Veneers
A veneer is a thin layer of material placed over a tooth, either to improve the aesthetics of a tooth or to protect from damage to a tooth’s surface. There are two main types of material used to make a veneer, composite and dental porcelain. A composite veneer may be directly placed (built-up in the mouth), or indirectly fabricated by a dental technician in a dental laboratory, and later bonded to the tooth, typically using a resin cement. In contrast, a porcelain veneer may only be indirectly fabricated.
Dr. William and Dr. Jeffrey Rizzo both have vast experience creating a perfect smile with veneers. They have gained this experience at many continuing education seminars.
